Hello everyone. My name is Dr. David and I'm a senior lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Sheffield. I'm also the director of admissions for the department. And today I'm going to talk to you about studying computer science at the University of Sheffield. So what is computer science? Well, computer science is the study of computation and information. It's about how we can design and build systems that can process information, how we can understand the world around us through data, and how we can create new technologies that can solve real-world problems. It's a very broad and exciting field, and it's one that's constantly evolving. So why study computer science at Sheffield? Well, we're a top 10 Russell Group University.
