Hey guys, in today's video, I'm going to share a very simple exercise you can use to help replenish your sexual energy after an ejaculation. So for men, an ejaculation is an expenditure of his jing energy, his vital essence.

And it's not a big deal if it's every now and then, if it's in balance, if it's in the right time cycle for your age, your health, everything like that, it's not a big deal.

But when you overdo it, as most men in this world do, it uproots your vital energy, the body has to pull from the organs, from the brain, the spinal fluid, all these minerals and nutrients to make more sperm, and then you're just dumping that out into nowhere, it becomes a huge depletion, right?

But there's some internal practices you can do as well that will quickly help you to rebuild your kidney energy. In Chinese medicine, the sexual energy is an aspect of the kidney system, the water element, and that's what's being taxed with an ejaculation. So this exercise will help you to replenish that energy.

And it's not like, you know, you do it, then all of a sudden you're back to normal, it simply takes time for the body to create new sperm, it takes time to replenish that jing, but covering your nutrition, doing this type of exercise will help you to speed up this process.

So I recommend doing this practice in a sitting position with your feet on the floor. This is going to be an important part of this practice, and it's even better to do this outside in nature on a nice day, but it doesn't matter, you can be anywhere, you can be up in an airplane 10,000 feet up and still be connecting to the Earth's energy. This is not a physical thing, your mind is more powerful than that, and do not do this barefoot if it's cold. If the ground is cold, it will pull your kidney chi out, you do not want this.

So first of all, absorb your mind into your testicles, as if your mind is a liquid and the testicles are the sponge, you absorb your mind into that area, you're not visualizing them, you are feeling them, bringing the mind directly into that area.

You can squeeze them a few times or massage them a bit just to anchor your awareness there. First of all, just breathe into them a few times.

So as you inhale, imagine that they're a sponge, like absorbing liquid from around them, and they swell up as you inhale, and as you exhale, imagine you are blowing on a fire internally, and your testicles are that fire. As you exhale, you imagine you're just blowing this fire in the testicles, and it's concentrating that.

Don't overthink it, just experiment with this for a few breaths.

And add just a slight pressurization on your exhale, like you were blowing out a candle, not like yogic Ujjayi breathing, just a very subtle pressure on the exhale just to kind of stoke that fire and ignite the jing down there.

And now you're going to add another element to this. So as you inhale, feel your feet on the floor, and you want to think of pulling in from kidney one point, which is on the ball of the foot. Look up a diagram of kidney one acupuncture point to find it specifically, you can even massage it a little bit with your thumbs to warm it up.

But what you're going to do is as you inhale, think of clawing the ground, very, very subtly, not like super tensing your feet, but just kind of gently digging the toes into the earth, and kind of creating this scooping type of feeling in the ball of the foot. This is very subtle, you don't want to overdo this and create tension that will block the flow of energy, just a subtle engagement there.

And so as you inhale, do that slight scooping with the foot, like you're pulling up from the earth, and move your mind from the kidney one point up the legs, up the inside of the legs, and up into the testicles as you inhale, and as you exhale, just as we did before, think of blowing on the fire in the testicles, just concentrating the energy there.

So inhaling, pulling the earth chi up, kidney one, up the insides of the legs into the testicles, as you exhale, concentrate that energy in the testicles, calming the mind, emptying the mind, just a gentle focus on this practice.

And just to augment the effects, imagine that you're pulling up a viscous, thick, syrupy liquid up the insides of the legs through the kidney one point into the testicles. Again, you're not necessarily visualizing this, it's very much a feeling sense, engaging the feeling of the body more strongly connects with chi than simply visualizing. It's like you're pulling this thick syrup up the feet, up the legs into the testicles, and concentrating it on the exhale.

All right, then when you're ready, open your eyes. That is the practice. It's very simple, you just have to do it. You have to do it consistently. You can't do it once and say, oh, it didn't work, I'm done with this. You have to do it consistently, and over time, it will really help you to build your sexual energy, specifically your kidney energy. If this is really an issue for you, if overall you suffer from weak vitality, low libido, this practice will be very, very beneficial. You can even replace the testicles with the kidneys. You can breathe into directly into the kidneys and the lower back instead of the testicles. You can do both, but if you work with this consistently, it will really help you to supplement your kidney yin energy, which is the basis for sexual vitality. I recommend doing it for at least five minutes, doing it for 10 or 15 minutes, if you're really serious, will really build some energy.

And then just a final point, you're going to start building some sexual energy with this practice, so it's important that you have something constructive to do with it, whether that's conscious sexual exchange with a partner, bringing it through the microcosmic orbit, the microcosmic orbit practice and testicle breathing, putting it into creative work, you want to put this jing that you're building into something productive.
