And then, try to add device

Get your device serial number

Checklist the device

Click Unbind

Input Username and Password Your Device And Then input Verification code

Then Click Confirm

Unbind Succeeded

Now

Now, we can try add again

Now, already can add

Click plus to add

And the input verification code

You can find verification code in menu Platform Access

Device Added Successfully

Now you can access via hik-connect App
