If you're a spouse or you have someone in your in a relationship with, this is extremely important to understand. If you're a business owner, this is extremely important for you to understand. This is a skill set that everyone who's listening should want to get better at so that you can make better decisions, you can have better relationships, you can get better with your conflict resolution, and you need to learn how to understand and resolve your emotions. Not act like they don't exist, but how to understand, okay, why am I feeling this way? And if I want to feel this way, great. If I don't want to feel this way, how can I resolve these emotions instead of just sweeping them under the rug like most people tend to do?
