Speaker B
hey Diego
00:01
Speaker A
Hey Mr. Austin
00:01
Speaker B
how are you
00:01
Speaker A
Oh, I'm fine.
00:01
Speaker A
And you?
00:01
Speaker B
I'm doing well.
00:01
Speaker A
Okay, it's good.
00:01
Speaker B
Are you in Brazil right now?
00:01
Speaker A
No, right now I'm in Portugal.
00:01
Speaker B
Portugal?
00:01
Speaker A
Yes.
00:01
Speaker B
Okay, but you are from Brazil?
00:01
Speaker A
Yes.
00:01
Speaker B
Okay.
00:01
Speaker B
And what are you doing in Portugal?
00:01
Speaker A
Uh, for now, um, we'll start in a blade repair.
00:01
Speaker A
Like a blade repair.
00:01
Speaker A
It's a eolic system.
00:02
Speaker B
Okay, so you just there for work?
00:02
Speaker A
Uh, yes.
00:02
Speaker B
Okay.
00:02
Speaker B
Alright, what's today?
00:02
Speaker B
And you're looking for an H2B for the summertime here in the States?
00:02
Speaker A
Yes.
00:02
Speaker B
Okay.
00:02
Speaker A
If it's possible in the winter too.
00:02
Speaker B
We don't do winter, but if you get a summer visa here, you can do a winter extension with a winter company.
00:02
Speaker A
Oh, that's good.
00:02
Speaker B
Yeah, we're we're only open in the summertime.
00:02
Speaker A
Oh, okay, okay.
00:02
Speaker A
Because in the winters, it's so so much snow there, yes.
00:02
Speaker B
Yeah. Yeah, we just got about 8 inches, which is about that much snow just yeah, overnight.
00:03
Speaker A
Insane.
00:03
Speaker B
Um, okay.
00:03
Speaker B
So what made you apply to Bailey's?
00:03
Speaker A
Um, I'm what you said.
00:03
Speaker A
I'm looking for a a summer position and I found you at the seasonal jobs and it's like so good for me.
00:03
Speaker A
And I don't know the the main stage.
00:03
Speaker A
And I want to know this, I want to meet the main.
00:03
Speaker A
And I was at the Maryland in Baltimore, but I meet in New York, New Jersey, but I cannot meet in Maine.
00:03
Speaker A
And I listen so much about this state, it's a good opportunity for me.
00:03
Speaker B
Yeah, Maine is a very beautiful state, yeah, a lot of nice beaches, forests, mountains, lakes.
00:04
Speaker A
Mm-hmm.
00:04
Speaker A
Yes, I saw, I'm looking, I'm I'm look like this in the Google, Google Maps and open the Google Maps and look at this, it's so beautiful.
00:04
Speaker B
Did you apply with anybody else?
00:04
Speaker A
Uh, yes, I'm applying for a bartender position and server position in another place in Florida, New Jersey and Baltimore again.
00:04
Speaker B
Did you apply to Bailey's with anybody else? Do you have any friends or any family that you're applying with?
00:04
Speaker A
No, no, no.
00:04
Speaker B
Okay.
00:04
Speaker B
Um, so the only spot we've got open right now is a position in the stores, uh-huh, so it's like a retail position, cleaning, stocking, uh, checking expiration dates, moving inventory, um, working the register, talking to customers, things like that.
00:04
Speaker A
Yes, okay, yeah.
00:04
Speaker B
Okay, it's good.
00:05
Speaker B
Are you are you interested in that?
00:05
Speaker A
Yes, of course.
00:05
Speaker B
Okay, the visa we have, um, would be like a line cook or a housekeeping visa.
00:05
Speaker B
And that's what we would bring you over on.
00:05
Speaker B
And then what we would probably do is our season in the spring, so in May and June starts kind of slow, then July and August, it's up here, yes, and then September, it's yeah.
00:05
Speaker B
So what we normally do is you might be in the store most of the time.
00:05
Speaker B
But depending on maybe some hours in the spring or in the fall, you might help with our grounds crew, which like landscapers.
00:05
Speaker A
Yes.
00:05
Speaker B
Um, you might help with security, you might you'll kind of be all over the place.
00:05
Speaker A
Yeah, yeah.
00:05
Speaker A
I was a military, I know about it, hahaha.
00:05
Speaker B
Okay, do everything, very good.
00:06
Speaker B
Okay, so 35 to 40 hours a week, we can guarantee you, overtime is offered if you do a good job and if we need the help, then we'll offer overtime to whoever is pretty much the best worker.
00:06
Speaker A
Yes, good.
00:06
Speaker B
Uh, weekends and holidays are required, um, we're only open for six months, so that we work pretty much the whole time.
00:06
Speaker A
Yes.
00:06
Speaker A
All days.
00:06
Speaker B
All days, pretty much, yep. Um, normally your schedule will be five days a week, eight hours a day, sometimes you might do six days, sometimes you might do a 10-hour shift, but for the most part, you know, you'll have a pretty normal schedule, five days a week, eight hours, 40 hours and the rest of the time you get to do whatever you want.
00:06
Speaker A
Okay.
00:06
Speaker B
Alright, so, uh, tell me a little bit about yourself.
00:06
Speaker B
Not not your resume, but about Diego, yeah.
00:07
Speaker A
Yeah, uh, when I said, uh, my name is Diego and I'm from Brazil, from Rio de Janeiro, and I have 38 years old, uh, I was a military.
00:07
Speaker A
Uh, I'm living here in Portugal for, uh, four years and right now.
00:07
Speaker A
Like I said, I'm working like a a blade repair and I'm looking for.
00:07
Speaker A
Another opportunity in United States and I love this country, it's my my own passion, I love this and it's about it.
00:07
Speaker A
I'm married, I have two kids.
00:07
Speaker B
Nice, how old are your kids?
00:07
Speaker A
Uh, 15 and eight.
00:07
Speaker B
Nice, and are they in Brazil or Portugal?
00:07
Speaker A
No, living here with me.
00:08
Speaker A
Yes, me and my wife.
00:08
Speaker B
Very good.
00:08
Speaker B
Um, have you gotten an H2B recently? When was the last time you had a H2B?
00:08
Speaker A
I had in the last summer.
00:08
Speaker B
Last summer, yes, and so you were in you were in Portugal when you got that H2B last summer too then, right?
00:08
Speaker A
Yes.
00:08
Speaker B
Okay.
00:08
Speaker B
My only concern would be if, um, if there was any issue with you not being in your home country when you get the visa, yeah.
00:08
Speaker A
I can get visa like here, I can get visa here, no problem.
00:08
Speaker A
I'm going to Lisbon and to to make my visa, I did it.
00:08
Speaker B
You did it?
00:08
Speaker A
I did, yes, yes.
00:08
Speaker B
Alright.
00:08
Speaker B
Do you have any prior obligations for the summertime, any reason why you would not be able to work April through October?
00:08
Speaker A
No.
00:08
Speaker A
No problem.
00:08
Speaker B
And it would be just you coming at the whole family or you thinking of bringing the whole family with you?
00:09
Speaker A
Uh, for now just me, but if I have opportunity to go with my family, it's so good too.
00:09
Speaker B
That's not something we can offer, we just don't have the space for it, um, but maybe if we bring you over this year and as, you know, time goes on and you return, maybe we can figure something out in the future.
00:09
Speaker A
Um, yeah, maybe in the future.
00:09
Speaker B
Yeah, maybe in the future.
00:09
Speaker A
Yes.
00:09
Speaker B
Uh, scheduling preferences, do you like day shifts, night shifts, do you like working in the middle of the day, whatever?
00:09
Speaker A
Any.
00:09
Speaker B
Okay.
00:09
Speaker B
Alright, what do you typically do in your free time if you're not working, how do you like to spend your time?
00:09
Speaker A
Uh, make exercise and walk to mid the cities and talk to my family.
00:09
Speaker A
And listen music, watch movies, haha.
00:10
Speaker A
Play football.
00:10
Speaker A
Play football, yes.
00:10
Speaker B
A soccer football?
00:10
Speaker A
A soccer, yeah, yeah, yeah, but I wanna I wanna learning the the Europe football.
00:10
Speaker B
Hmm, I wanna learn this.
00:10
Speaker A
It's a great sport, yeah, hahaha, it's a good sport, contact, yeah, contact, exactly, yes, so different like this.
00:10
Speaker B
Alright, what would you say is the busiest?
00:10
Speaker B
Or the most hectic job that you've been a part of, um, what did you do and how did you how do you handle chaos?
00:10
Speaker B
And the reason I'm asking is a lot of times here in the summer, it gets very busy and, um, as organized and as prepared as we might be, sometimes there's just too many customers and it gets a little hectic, so tell me a little bit about you dealing with busy, hectic situations, what you do, how do you handle it?
00:11
Speaker A
Yeah, in a busy situation, I the first time is organize it, making a organize it.
00:11
Speaker A
Yeah, uh, organize the customers, organize the the the people, uh, working with me in helping all the customers.
00:11
Speaker A
Uh, solve the the the problems in step by step, help each other and, uh.
00:11
Speaker A
In another place, I can organize it.
00:11
Speaker A
I can share some people to help it, someone this, someone here and this like this.
00:11
Speaker B
Okay.
00:12
Speaker B
Um, so when you think about working any job, what does a good day of work look like for you?
00:12
Speaker B
Do you like to have the same thing every day, so you know exactly what to do and how to do it? Do you like variety where every day when you come to work, you're not sure what you're going to be doing and so it it's always changing?
00:12
Speaker B
Um, what makes you leave at the end of the day and say, I had a good day at work today?
00:12
Speaker A
Yeah.
00:12
Speaker A
For me it's a good day, it's a day like I learning something different.
00:12
Speaker A
I love to do something different and today I'm I'm still working like a a security and another day housekeeper and another day everything and I love learning anything.
00:13
Speaker B
Okay.
00:13
Speaker B
Here at the campground, it's a pretty laid back environment, it's family owned, so it's not a big corporation where you have a specific thing and you have to do a specific job, a specific way.
00:13
Speaker B
Everything's kind of free flowing and, um, you know, the people who work here are all friends with each other, we know our customers on a first name basis, um, you know, the long time customers.
00:13
Speaker B
How do you see yourself fitting into that kind of environment, is that something you're used to, is that something you think you could get used to, how do you think you would fare?
00:13
Speaker A
Uh, it's something that I can I can use normally, I can help everybody.
00:13
Speaker A
I maybe I can do, oh man, all the things, it's for me, it's a it's no problem, I can help everyone.
00:14
Speaker A
I can do everything, I'm prepared to to learn, I'm prepared to help, I'm prepared to make the best for me and the best of me.
00:14
Speaker B
Mm-hmm.
00:14
Speaker B
I'm gonna share this with you, okay?
00:14
Speaker A
Okay.
00:14
Speaker B
You see that?
00:14
Speaker A
Yep, I can see.
00:14
Speaker B
Have you been to this website before?
00:14
Speaker A
Yeah.
00:15
Speaker B
Have you seen this before?
00:15
Speaker A
Yeah, so fast, busy.
00:15
Speaker B
Okay, great.
00:15
Speaker B
So this is the map of the resort.
00:15
Speaker B
Uh-huh, this resort is about 300 acres.
00:15
Speaker B
Right now I'm sitting in the office right here.
00:15
Speaker A
Okay.
00:15
Speaker B
Every box with the number is a site.
00:15
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
00:15
Speaker B
This resort has four pools, six hot tubs, two stores, two restaurants, basketball, softball, mini golf, playgrounds, bathrooms, kayaks, canoes, you have a private trolley, so couple things to fill you in on.
00:15
Speaker B
If you're working in the store, the first one is here.
00:15
Speaker A
Mm-hmm.
00:15
Speaker B
The second one is back here.
00:15
Speaker B
The living areas are here, it's L2 through L31.
00:16
Speaker A
Okay.
00:16
Speaker B
Okay, A and B and Q, R, S, T.
00:16
Speaker A
Okay, okay.
00:16
Speaker B
Yeah, so this is where all of our international staff and our American staff who have their campers, uh-huh, live.
00:16
Speaker B
Alright, so there's a few things to note.
00:16
Speaker B
One, is that this makes a really nice environment for you guys because you guys kind of have like your own area, everyone that you work with from different countries, they'll all be here including some Americans, mm-hmm, and so it's easy to go over to somebody's site, cook dinner, hang out, um, and it it creates a very nice environment.
00:16
Speaker A
Mm-hmm.
00:16
Speaker B
However, all of these sites here and around you and behind you are all customer sites, so you guys are a part of the campground, you're not in a separate area, you guys are essentially like a part of the actual campground itself, so what that means is that, uh, the expectation would be that you guys follow all the same rules that the campers follow.
00:17
Speaker A
Okay, yes.
00:17
Speaker B
So whether it's quiet hours or whatever the case may be, you have to remember that there are customers all around you that are paying a lot of money to be there for one week and you don't wanna ruin their experience, that's one of the number one ways an international staff member can get themselves in trouble here, uh-huh, is not being respectful to the customers that are around them once they're off of work.
00:17
Speaker B
Alright?
00:17
Speaker A
Okay.
00:17
Speaker B
So when you're working, you're obviously you're doing whatever the job is that your manager has asked you to do.
00:17
Speaker B
But when you're not working, you are just like any other camper.
00:17
Speaker B
Alright, so that means if you wanna use the pool, if you wanna go fishing in one of the ponds, go play mini golf, grab a kayak and go on the boat for a little bit, the entire resort is available to you, okay, during any time that you are not working.
00:18
Speaker A
Okay, okay.
00:18
Speaker B
Alright, so there's there's no area that like staff isn't allowed to go, customers only, there's nothing like that, it's once you're not working, you're punched out, you are free to enjoy the resort along with our customers.
00:18
Speaker A
Oh, so good.
00:18
Speaker B
Do you drink at all?
00:18
Speaker A
Sometimes.
00:18
Speaker B
Do you smoke?
00:18
Speaker A
No, no smoke.
00:18
Speaker B
Okay, so, uh.
00:18
Speaker B
Drinking and smoking here in the States is legal, I don't know if it is in Portugal, but like cigarettes, marijuana, that's legal here, um, so you're allowed to do that, you're allowed to drink.
00:18
Speaker B
Um, however, you obviously need to remember not to do it within reason, to not, you know, have security called on you type of thing.
00:19
Speaker B
Um, and anytime that you are not working, you just have to remember that you can't be wearing your staff shirt.
00:19
Speaker B
Okay?
00:19
Speaker A
Yes.
00:19
Speaker B
So once you are off the clock, put on a a T-shirt and then you can have a beer, don't have a beer while you have your staff shirt on.
00:19
Speaker B
Make sense?
00:19
Speaker A
Yes, yes.
00:19
Speaker B
Okay.
00:19
Speaker B
So.
00:19
Speaker B
Those are the photos of the cabins, the marsh where you can kayak, this is a private trolley that brings customers and a lot of times employees to and from the beach, there's two local beaches, one is Old Orchard Beach, which is like a beach town, they've got an arcades, amusement park, restaurants, bars, um, you know, all that kind of like tourist beach town type of stuff.
00:20
Speaker B
And it also goes to Pine Point Beach, which is about a half a kilometer from the campground, it's right down the road and that's just a nice more relaxing beach.
00:20
Speaker B
Okay?
00:20
Speaker A
Okay.
00:20
Speaker B
It's all very very short walk from where this trolley would drop you off.
00:20
Speaker A
Okay.
00:20
Speaker B
Uh, when it comes to the stores, the stores are a combination of, I don't know, do you know like what Cabela's is? You heard of Cabela's?
00:20
Speaker A
Cabela's, yes, yes.
00:20
Speaker A
I'm listening, yeah.
00:20
Speaker B
So our two stores are kind of like a combination between a Cabela's and like a 7-Eleven or a gas station, okay, so we have camping equipment, tools like screwdrivers, fuses, things like that, but we also have candy, slushies, coffee, beer, ice, sweatshirts, pool toys, things like that.
00:21
Speaker B
So we the stores are intended to have a little bit of everything.
00:21
Speaker B
So if you're a customer and you show up and your kid forgot their goggles or you need a towel or whatever, we should have it, that's the idea, and the idea is that as a customer, you don't need to leave and go find a store because most of our customers aren't familiar with Maine, they're from other States and they're just visiting, so instead they can just get what they need right from our store and they can get back to vacation, they don't have to worry about trying to find a store, get in the car, it's just quick and easy back to vacation, so that's the intention.
00:22
Speaker B
Bailey's Camping Resort is the number one resort here in New England, um, are you familiar with New England?
00:22
Speaker A
Yes, yeah.
00:22
Speaker B
Okay.
00:22
Speaker B
Um, and it's one of the largest and one of the ways that we set ourselves apart is by making sure that everything is super clean all the time.
00:22
Speaker B
Alright?
00:22
Speaker B
So even in the store, even in the store, we will be dusting off products constantly, even if we just dusted them yesterday, we'll dust them again just so that when customers walk in, they see us dusting products.
00:22
Speaker A
Mm-hmm.
00:22
Speaker B
The anytime that there isn't a line at the register, we immediately get out from behind the register and we'll go and we'll find something to organize, we'll find a toy that's in the camping section, we'll find a piece of camping equipment next to the beer aisle, right, and we'll go and we'll just make sure that the store is in the very best quality possible at all times, even if it's very minor stuff.
00:23
Speaker B
We want customers to see us doing it because they pay a lot of money to be here.
00:23
Speaker A
Yes.
00:23
Speaker B
We want them to see that we care, we want them to see that we are paying attention to even the small thing and even if it was a minor detail where if we didn't do it, they wouldn't be upset, they wouldn't blame us for not doing it, but the fact that we took the time to go and make that small little detail just a little bit better, that's what makes them come back.
00:23
Speaker B
Okay?
00:23
Speaker A
So good.
00:23
Speaker B
So with our 750 sites, we will have anywhere from two to 5,000 guests a day, okay, with that much foot traffic.
00:23
Speaker B
We are constantly bringing in new shipments, turning over inventory, changing prices in the system, helping out customers and just cleaning all the time.
00:24
Speaker B
Alright, so that is the job, it's not super glamorous, it is a lot of stuff kind of over and over.
00:24
Speaker B
But it goes a long way and we wanna make sure that the customers that are here, um, you know, come back.
00:24
Speaker A
Yeah.
00:24
Speaker B
So so far, we've done a really good job at that.
00:24
Speaker B
We don't do any advertising, we have about 90 to 95% of our guests are repeat and referral.
00:24
Speaker B
Meaning that they either come again or somebody had such a great time that they told their friends and now their friends are.
00:24
Speaker A
Okay.
00:24
Speaker B
So we are able to keep a resort this large, this busy, strictly from word of mouth and repeat business from running the business in such a way.
00:24
Speaker B
You know, attention to detail, keeping it clean, being courteous and then being prepared for rushes where the store gets busy and we are ready and able to handle everything quickly and effectively.
00:25
Speaker A
Okay.
00:25
Speaker B
Okay?
00:25
Speaker A
Yes.
00:25
Speaker B
Alright, last thing I'm gonna talk about are the campers.
00:25
Speaker B
So you're gonna be given a camper that looks kind of like this.
00:25
Speaker B
You're gonna share it with two other people.
00:25
Speaker B
This is a this is a customer rental.
00:25
Speaker B
So most of our customers have their own camper like they would own something that looks like this.
00:25
Speaker B
They would they would tow it to the Bailey's, park it on site for a week or two and then when they're ready, they pack it all up and they tow it back home.
00:25
Speaker B
Alright.
00:25
Speaker B
Some people don't have their own camper and if that's the case, then they can rent one of ours.
00:25
Speaker B
And we put a camper on site for them, they stay right there and we set up everything inside it for them, so they basically get a camping experience without actually having to own a camper or tow a camper.
00:26
Speaker A
Mm-hmm.
00:26
Speaker B
So this is pretty much, while these are the customer campers, your site will look pretty much identical.
00:26
Speaker B
It's pretty much the same camper, um, there's no brick patio, but you would have the picnic table, um, the grill.
00:26
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
00:26
Speaker B
You and so this is kind of what you would expect, some sites are more sunny, this site is more shaded, some are in the middle, but it gives you a good idea of what to expect.
00:26
Speaker B
Most people hang out outside, most employees when they're not working, they'll hang out on the picnic table or in chairs or around the fire pit like right here and people will kind of come and go from your site or maybe you'll go to someone else's site and hang out, so usually you don't spend much time inside of the camper.
00:27
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
00:27
Speaker B
But if you do, this is pretty much what it looks like.
00:27
Speaker B
So in the front of the camper, you have a queen size bed.
00:27
Speaker B
This bedroom is usually taken by the first person who shows up.
00:27
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
00:27
Speaker B
Maybe it's you, maybe it's someone else because the second and the third person to show up have the bunk areas in the back.
00:27
Speaker B
Alright.
00:27
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
00:27
Speaker B
You have a full bathroom, toilet, shower, sink, mirrors, full kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, sink, cabinets.
00:27
Speaker B
This is like a, um, dining room table area with a couch around it.
00:27
Speaker B
And then you have a separate couch, some of the campers already have TVs in them.
00:27
Speaker B
Some of them don't, but all of them are able to have cable, so you can, um.
00:27
Speaker B
If you buy a TV, you can just hook it right up and have cable.
00:28
Speaker B
Um, internet is provided, there's heat, air conditioning, hot water, cold water, everything that you would have at your house is built into these units.
00:28
Speaker B
So it's basically like an apartment on wheels.
00:28
Speaker A
Okay.
00:28
Speaker B
Alright.
00:28
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
00:28
Speaker A
Good.
00:28
Speaker B
This gives you a list again, this is for the customers, so it's a little bit different for you, but this gives you a list of what is inside, pretty much everything here is also included in your camper as well as all of this stuff.
00:28
Speaker B
However, we will provide you with the bedding, so the the customers have to bring their own, but since you're coming from a different country, we're gonna make sure you have bedding, pillows, blankets, things like that.
00:28
Speaker B
Okay?
00:28
Speaker B
Any questions on the living arrangements?
00:28
Speaker A
No, the job or the campground.
00:28
Speaker A
No.
00:28
Speaker B
Okay, does this sound like something that you would be interested in doing?
00:29
Speaker A
Yes, it's something interesting for me.
00:29
Speaker B
Tell me a little bit about your time working on pools, you said you did some lifeguarding and you did some pool chemistry.
00:29
Speaker A
Yeah, like I have a a certificated like a lifeguard in a CPR in a pool operator.
00:29
Speaker B
The certified pool operator?
00:29
Speaker A
Yes.
00:29
Speaker B
Okay, and when does that expire?
00:29
Speaker A
I I did it in the in the last summer with the my last company.
00:29
Speaker A
I work at the in a sunset pool management.
00:29
Speaker B
Did you enjoy that job?
00:29
Speaker A
Yes, so much.
00:29
Speaker B
You have this opportunity to blah, by lifeguard in some pools or or normally don't don't use this.
00:30
Speaker B
So to give you a little background, I have three main jobs here, I run the pools, the stores and human resources.
00:30
Speaker B
So I interview all the international staff, but for somebody like you who would be working in the stores, I would be your direct manager there as well.
00:30
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
00:30
Speaker B
When I'm not in the stores, I'm on the pools, I'm the CPO here at the campground.
00:30
Speaker B
We have another one on maintenance.
00:30
Speaker A
Uh-huh.
00:30
Speaker B
And we've got another guy, another maintenance, two other maintenance people who also help on the pools, um, you know, when I'm in the stores or doing something with HR.
00:30
Speaker B
There's two or three other people who also can help out on the pools.
00:30
Speaker B
So that was part of.
00:30
Speaker B
What interested me in your application was your background, one in the military, two with pools.
00:31
Speaker B
Um, I don't know exactly what your summer would look like if you would be just strictly in the store.
00:31
Speaker B
If you'd be in the store and maybe a little bit on security or store and the landscaping.
00:31
Speaker B
I don't know, maybe as the summer goes on, you and I might work together a lot and I might pull you out of the store and have you come help me on the pools, it's tough to say.
00:31
Speaker A
Mm-hmm.
00:31
Speaker B
And part of the reason it's hard to say is from what we touched on earlier.
00:31
Speaker B
With those two to 5,000 guests, sometimes we just need to change things up and we might need to move people around.
00:31
Speaker B
So it could be that you're scheduled in the store one day.
00:31
Speaker B
And I'm busy on the pools and I might say, hey, Diego, come give me a hand and I might put someone else in the store for you and I might take you.
00:31
Speaker A
Okay.
00:31
Speaker B
Um, you know, I don't know if you did that on an H2B in previous years.
00:32
Speaker B
I assume it's it's legal, we've never had an international employee help on the pools.
00:32
Speaker B
But it's something I'm open to.
00:32
Speaker A
Mm-hmm.
00:32
Speaker B
So it's hard to say.
00:32
Speaker B
You know what I can guarantee you is your living arrangements will look the way I describe them.
00:32
Speaker B
You will have 40 hours a week.
00:32
Speaker B
And those 40 hours depending on how things go on what you know what you're good at.
00:32
Speaker B
Um.
00:32
Speaker B
You know, we'll kind of have to see how the summer progresses.
00:32
Speaker A
Yeah, I understand.
00:32
Speaker B
So, uh, just have four hours only in this store.
00:32
Speaker B
And another four hours in another places.
00:32
Speaker B
Maybe.
00:32
Speaker B
It could.
00:32
Speaker B
It could be eight hours in the store.
00:32
Speaker A
Okay.
00:32
Speaker B
You know, Monday in the store, Tuesday somewhere else.
00:32
Speaker B
You might just be in the store the whole time.
00:33
Speaker B
Okay.
00:33
Speaker B
It might just be, you know.
00:33
Speaker B
Your only job is just in the store.
00:33
Speaker B
Maybe.
00:33
Speaker B
I don't need any help.
00:33
Speaker B
You know, it's it's hard to say.
00:33
Speaker B
Okay.
00:33
Speaker B
But as long as you're flexible and you say, hey, Austin.
00:33
Speaker B
I just want to work, just tell me what to do.
00:33
Speaker B
Yeah, I'll make sure I get you those 40 hours.
00:33
Speaker B
One way or another.
00:33
Speaker B
Yeah.
00:33
Speaker B
Yeah, yeah.
00:33
Speaker B
It's me.
00:33
Speaker B
I'm here to work on this.
00:33
Speaker B
Okay.
00:33
Speaker B
Okay.
00:33
Speaker B
So do you have any questions for me?
00:33
Speaker B
Anything else you wanna throw in before we wrap up?
00:33
Speaker B
Mm-hmm.
00:33
Speaker B
And that's it.
00:33
Speaker B
Okay.
00:33
Speaker B
Thank you so much for this opportunity.
00:33
Speaker B
Absolutely, it was nice to meet you, Diego.
00:33
Speaker B
Oh.
00:33
Speaker B

00:33
