Sauna Layout Explained Step by Step

All right.

Let's build a sauna from a blank rectangle and do the exact math together.

I'll show you how to go from this to a fully laid sauna like this.

So from room size, ceiling height, bench height, step bench, heater, and even ventilation.

And by the end, you'll be able to look at any empty room and know exactly where everything should go and why.

Okay, so let's start with just a blank rectangle.

We're going to go this pretty raw, so don't judge my writing here or any any of the drawings because it's kind of, you know,

They ask you how you are, you just have to say that you're fine, when you're not really fine, but you just can't get into it because they would never understand.

I'm not an artist myself, don't worry.

So let's imagine you have a room that's, let's say, six feet deep and eight foot wide.

So, six feet is the depth, and then here we go, eight foot wide.

So I know the dimensions, of course, you can change, you have your own different layouts and space where you want to put the sauna in.

But the principles here always remain the same.

And before we start talking about bench heights, depths, and all that stuff,

let's actually start with the ceiling height because that's what sets the whole stack.
