# Keyboard shortcuts in the web version

**In short** Ctrl K finds recordings and commands, N opens the upload screen for a new recording, ? shows all shortcuts. In a recording: Space plays and pauses, the arrow keys jump 15 seconds, Ctrl F searches the text. In a quiz, answer with keys 1–4. On a Mac, press ⌘ instead of Ctrl.

## Everywhere

**Ctrl K** — find a recording or a command; **N** — new recording: opens the Upload files screen; **Ctrl \\** — collapse or expand the side panel; **?** — list of shortcuts. On a Mac, press ⌘ instead of Ctrl.

## Upload

**Ctrl Enter** — start transcribing what is selected.

## Library (All recordings)

**↑ ↓** — move; **Enter** — open; **Space** — select; **Del** or **Backspace** — delete (with confirmation); **Esc** — clear selection.

## Recording in the browser

**Space** — pause and resume; **M** — mark something important; **Enter** — done, send to transcription.

## Recording screen

**Space** — play and pause; **← →** — 15 seconds back and forward; **Shift <** and **Shift >** — slower and faster; **Ctrl F** — search the text; **Ctrl Shift C** — copy all the text.

## Quiz and review

Quiz: **1**– **4** — answer, **Enter** — next question, **Esc** — finish. Review: **Space** — show the answer, **1**– **4** — rating, **Esc** — finish.

When the cursor is in an input field, the shortcuts do not work — except Esc and Ctrl K. The **?** window lists the shortcuts of the screen you are on.
