# An email ending in …@privaterelay.appleid.com

**In short** This is a hidden address Apple creates in place of your real email. To SozAI it is a separate address: signing in with Google or a code to your real email opens a different account. To get back to your recordings, sign in with Apple.

## How to return to an account created with Apple

### iPhone and iPad

1. If you signed in another way, tap Profile → Account → Sign Out.
2. On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with Apple and choose the same Apple ID you used the first time.

### Android

The Android app has no Apple sign-in button. Open SozAI on an iPhone, iPad or Mac and sign in with Apple there. If you have no such device, [write to us](https://sozai.app/help/contact/).

### Web

1. Choose Sign out in the account menu (click your email at the bottom of the side panel) or on the Account screen.
2. On the sign-in screen, click Continue with Apple and choose the same Apple ID.

## Why this happens

SozAI tells accounts apart by email: one email, one account. When you hide your email, Apple gives us its own address instead of yours, and we see it as a separate email. Signing in with Apple again opens the same account.

## If your recordings are in another account

You cannot move recordings from one account to another. Sign in to the account that holds them and save what you need, and if that does not work, [write to us](https://sozai.app/help/contact/).
